Take the time to read the description for each and every plugin you are interested in using on your WordPress site. If you do not understand what the plug-in does, I would like to suggest not installing it.
Perhaps it is already even installed that maybe consider deactivating it. If you just gotta have it (even though you may not thoroughly understand what it does), then consider installing and not activating until you learn what it does.
I read the description of the plug-in below and simply did not have a perfect understanding of how it operates.
